He is a retired American NBA player who is now the current head coach of the Boston Celtics!!! Rivers began his coaching career in 1999, with the Orlando Magic! He coached the Orlando Magic for more than four NBA seasons!!! Rivers won the NBA coach of the year in 2000 after his first year with the Orlando Magic! He was made the post-season in his next 3 years, but in 2003 he was fired with a bad start to the season. In 2004 he took over coaching the Boston Celtics. Doc Rivers is the coach of MY favorite Basketball Team!!!
